Whatever Happened To These
Sometimes I get inspiration when I’m driving. Today, I was thinking about a bunch of things that never got resolved or were no longer in the news cycle. Whatever happened to these things? And they say there are no conspiracies. I laugh at that.
Leaker
Remember the Supreme Court leaker who leaked the Dobbs opinion. And, remember John Roberts saying they would identify the leaker in short order. That leaker is still roaming the halls of the Supreme Court.
Cocaine
Remember when cocaine was found in the White House. The Secret Service, who are supposed to be one of the most elite law enforcement groups in the country, never solved it. And, nobody else cared to get involved.
Kidnap
Remember when a man was on his way to kidnap Justice Brett Kavanaugh after the Dobbs decision. I don’t remember anything happening to that person. I guess you are only guilty of kidnapping when the FBI tricks you (see Gretchen Whitmer).
Documents
Remember when they found a treasure trove of confidential documents in Joe Biden’s garage. That was long ago and not a thing has happened. But, if Trump has a piece of toilet paper hidden in a safe, his home is raided.
Fauci
Remember when Senator Rand Paul promised he would put Fauci in jail for lying to Congress and killing millions of people. We have yet to see Fauci in an orange jumpsuit.
Video
Remember when former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy promised he would release all of the video footage of January 6th. He released some of the footage, but will we ever get to see the rest. There must be something damning in what we haven’t seen yet.
2000 Mules
Remember when they promised that they would release a trove of election data after the movie “2000 Mules” was out of circulation. I’m still waiting.
Lindell
Remember when Mike Lindell told us he was preparing a lawsuit for the Supreme Court that would blow the lid off the election fraud in the 2020 presidential election. Whoever is preparing it must be a very slow typist.
Nord Stream
Remember the sabotage of the Nord Stream pipelines. A mysterious explosion occurred. There have been several theories with the most ridiculous being that Russia blew up their own pipelines. I wonder who did it, but I think I know.
Origin
Remember when the Republicans were going to find the origin of coronavirus. I guess this fell through the cracks.
Conclusion
The news cycle turns constantly, but we shouldn’t forget past items. Especially when they affect us. I don’t know about you, but I would like to get updates on all of these.
