Vivek Ramaswamy For President?

Last modified date

The 2024 Republican presidential candidates should not look past Vivek Ramaswamy. He has been doing a lot of interviews and he makes a lot of sense. And, he isn’t afraid to tell the truth about things like transsexualism. Is it possible we could have Vivek Ramaswamy for president?

Background

Could we have president Ramaswamy in 2024?

First of all, let’s get this out in the open. Ramaswamy is a big fan of President Trump. But, he believes Trump has done as much as he can do as president.

Ramaswamy is a 37 year old Ohio-based biotech entrepreneur and best-selling author. His America First 2.0 platform combines some libertarian elements such as prioritizing economic growth, opposing central bank digital currencies, and shutting down whole federal agencies with other elements that are anything but libertarian such as “using our military to annihilate Mexican drug cartels.”

Ramaswamy’s newest book titled Capitalist Punishment: How Wall Street Is Using Your Money to Create a Country You Didn’t Vote For, is a critical analysis of ESG rules and what he calls “lurking state actions” that he says are driving corporations to develop policies to ward off government interference. In his book, he declares that America is experiencing a void of meaning that’s led to a “national identity crisis” and that “the Republican Party’s top priority should be to fill this void with an inspiring national identity that dilutes the woke agenda to irrelevance.”

On a more personal point, Ramaswamy also has hip hop skills as the libertarian rapper “Da Vek.” I’ll bet we’ll hear that at some point in the primaries.

Positions

Here are some of Ramaswamy’s positions:

  • Ramaswamy believes that the FBI, IRS, and other federal agencies should be shuttered.
  • He wants to end affirmative action and eliminate the Department of Education.
  • Ramaswamy believes that “People are hungry for a revival of our national self-confidence. People aren’t proud of our country. But, one of the conditions that makes it easier to be proud of a country is where people are making more money.”
  • He thinks it’s a farce that Biden is actually the one running for president and that Biden is the managerial class putting up their puppet, their stooge.
  • Ramaswamy says he is “unapologetically pro-life” and considers abortion as a form of murder. However, he explained that abortion should be treated similarly to murder and left up to the states to decide limitations. But, he believes all states should adopt a pro-life stance.
  • He called out the Department of Education for investing billions in “radical gender ideology to create psychopaths” while schools experience a lack of security after the tragic shooting in Nashville.
  • Ramaswamy says that the cultural movement of transgender ideology in the U.S. “is creating more gender dysphoria” and “confusion” among young people.
  • He says, “One of the goals of my candidacy for president of the United States is to close the gap between what people are willing to say behind closed doors versus what they say in public. In that spirit, here goes: Dylan Mulvaney might need mental health care, not endorsement deals.”

Conclusion

This is just the tip of the iceberg for Ramaswamy. Nobody is perfect, but he aligns pretty well with my concerns. The problem is that I haven’t heard President Trump or any of the other candidates address any of these tough issues yet. As long as Ramaswamy is getting all of the interviews right now, he is going to move up in the polls. He just makes too much sense.
