Threats to Our Democracy?

I attended the Trump Rally in Wilkes-Barre yesterday. I never went before (thanks for inspiring me with your divisive, insulting speech Biden) and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But, I met nice people, made friends and truly enjoyed being with these patriotic and caring people. These were genuine people with one simple goal. They want to save America from the mess Biden has created. I thought to myself, “These wonderful people are threats to our democracy?” I don’t think so!

Veterans

There were many veterans proudly wearing hats and clothes with their troop information. Some were pretty old, but they were excited to be there. I was so proud of them. Biden labeled them “semi-fascists” and called them a “threat to democracy.” On the contrary, these people gave years of their life to “protect democracy.” In fact, Biden should thank them for protecting his butt while he had a free ride for 50 years in our government.

I hope every veteran across the country watched Biden’s speech or read about it. He directly attacked your bravery and sacrifice. And, now he is saying you are enemies of the state. You veterans fought in the jungles of Vietnam, the deserts in Iraq and the mountains of Afghanistan. And now, you get berated by the illegitimate president for your efforts.

Well, you veterans got the respect you deserve yesterday. Trump and the entire crowd appreciate everything you have done and continue to do for us. You are heroes to us. And, I saw that over and over again at the rally. You belong with us.

Dancing and Praying

The people were smiling, dancing and praying. That is in such stark contrast to Biden’s angry speech, the unhinged Democratic party and the angry mainstream media. I didn’t see one unhappy person at the rally. It didn’t matter where you came from, who you are or what you do. Everybody enjoyed each other and respected each other. And, everybody cares about our country to their very core.

These people are exactly the opposite of “threats to our democracy.” They are the people I want by my side in our democracy. Biden doesn’t realize it (he doesn’t realize anything), but he mobilized these people. The camaraderie and unity was beyond anything I imagined.

President Trump

I’ll open by saying I don’t worship President Trump. But, boy do I respect him. The Democrats torture him out of sheer terror. Yet, there he was punching back and being as funny as ever. When he talks about our country and the bad things that are happening, I could see the passion in his delivery. In sharp contrast, Biden called half of the nation terrorists while Trump laid out the problems of the country and gave hope to us. He wants to “Make America Great Again,” not divide families and friends because of what they might believe. Somehow to the Democrats, “Make America Great Again” is a bad and dangerous thing.

Even when Trump talked about Biden’s speech and the raid of his home, he wasn’t angry. He simply laid out the facts for people to make their own assessment. Trump doesn’t force anything down people’s throats. And, I believe that is why he is so beloved. He is so much more presidential than Biden. Trump talks in a friendly tone and makes funny jokes. Biden talks in an angry tone and never jokes.

President Trump is no threat to our democracy. He is a protector of our democracy. And, he is the right person at the right time to lead our democracy back to what it was before Biden.

Conclusion

I could easily make this the longest post I have ever done. I met so many people with so many different stories from all walks of life. But, the common denominator is that every person cares about our country. I didn’t hear one person in the crowd put down a Democrat. They certainly had issues with Biden, but he brought that on himself. These people weren’t threats to our democracy. They were patriots who want a better country for everybody, and they were willing to sit in the hot sun for hours and hours to make that happen. For me, I prefer to be with the threats to our democracy than the non-threats to our democracy. Every time!
