The Definition of Insanity

Albert Einstein had a unique definition of insanity

Albert Einstein famously quoted that “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” When we apply this to the current state of the world, it is truly the definition of insanity.

Insanity #1

Insanity is:

  • Knowing that the Democrats cheated in past elections and thinking that you have a good chance in future elections.
  • Keeping an offensive coordinator that has made your football team mediocre for years hoping for a better outcome. I’m talking to you Mike Tomlin.
  • Listening to Taylor Swift songs in the hope that one of them turn out to be good.
  • Getting coronavirus booster shots because you believe it will protect you.
  • Wearing a mask day after day because you think it will stop you from getting coronavirus.
  • Drinking alcohol until you throw up, then drinking more because you don’t believe it can happen again.

Insanity #2

Insanity is:

  • Calling your congressional representative because you think they will actually listen to you.
  • Re-inviting Merrick Garland, Christopher Wray and Alejandro Mayorkas to testify before Congress because you believe you can get straight answers.
  • Petting your cat when she bites you, then petting her again because you don’t think it will happen again.
  • Watching the Republican presidential debates because you believe one of the candidates will actually overtake President Trump.
  • Consistently voting for Democrats because you think their policies will make America better.

Insanity #3

Insanity is:

  • Listening to anything Hillary Clinton says because you believe she will have something relevant to say.
  • When “trick or treating”, you get a rock at every house. But, you keep going because you think you will eventually get a piece of candy.
  • Our government continues to give our money to Ukraine because they believe Ukraine is spending the money wisely.
  • The Democrats believe they can stop Trump from running for president in 2024 by indicting him over and over.
  • RNC chairperson Ronna McDaniel keeps doing what she has been doing because she believes the Republicans next time.

Conclusion

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. I’m insane because I keep writing posts and hoping they will raise awareness to issues. By this definition, we are all insane. But Democrats are the most insane by far. The difference is that they do the same things over and over and they expect the same result – to harm Americans.
