Steven Van Zandt Epitomizes the Left

Last modified date

Steven Van Zandt is a guitar player in Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band. He also calls himself an activist. Van Zandt took to Twitter on Easter Sunday calling for the genocide of Republicans and more. Steven Van Zandt epitomizes the left in America today.

The Rant

Where to begin?

To set the stage, Van Zandt was commenting on the expulsion last week of two Tennessee House Democrats who took over the state House floor during a protest calling for gun control.

So, then Van Zandt went full postal tweeting “Outrageous doesn’t begin to describe the actions of these Republican White Supremicist scumbag cowards and pussies that need guns to feel like real men. Gen Z, Gen Y, Gen X will unite and exterminate these cockroaches once and for all.”

The insane Van Zandt followed that up by tweeting “To avoid spending half my day deleting Foxsucking scumbag Russian bots and MAGOTT cockroaches like you! Go take away some women’s rights, keep some Black people from voting, go harass a Trans event, go shoot some kids, do what Republicans do best and get the fuck outta my feed!”

Walking Back?

Van Zandt decided the best way to walk back his insulting tweets was to be even more insulting. He tweeted “In this case the phrase was used as symbolism. I know you pathetic MAGotts don’t have the intelligence to recognize that but that’s your problem. Don’t project your mindless violence fantasies on this peace loving hippie. Exterminate at the ballot box was clearly what was meant.”

Then, responding to a conservative who wondered why the two sides can’t respect each other, Van Zandt tweeted “Racism, Fascism, Gun Fetishism, Misogyny, Homophobia, Jingoism, Christian Extremism, Immigrant Prejudice, Transphobia, and Pro-Russian Treason are not coming from both sides. All these pathologies and more are exclusively the diseases of the new Trump/DeSantis Republican Party.”

These tweets sound very contrite to me. I’m being sarcastic.

My Take

Steven Van Zandt is a moron

“This is your brain. This is your brain on drugs.” That was an old anti-drug commercial showing eggs frying as a symbol of your brain on drugs. Van Zandt’s eggs have been frying for many years. I don’t think that’s his excuse for this tirade. But, I think it contributes to his anger and ignorance.

The words were from him, and the attacks were from him. You can tell by the foul language and second grade writing level.

Why didn’t Twitter suspend Van Zandt’s account for making threats? And, why did Bruce Springsteen allow it and not ask Van Zandt to apologize? Because the left can do whatever they want with no accountability. While the FBI infiltrates Catholic churches looking for terrorists, Van Zandt suggests exterminating conservatives. That’s a terrorist threat if I ever heard one.

Easter

I have just a few thoughts about Van Zandt’s decision to mount his attack on Easter Sunday. First, he should have been at church and spending time with family. By the looks of him, he doesn’t appear to be a religious man. And, he doesn’t look like a family man either. Second, I’m guessing he worships Satan, and that Satan manipulated him to attack Christians on that particular day. That makes him a mindless follower of his evil king. Third, he needs to beg God for forgiveness because he won’t ever see heaven.

Conclusion

Steven Van Zandt did what you shouldn’t do. He made threats against a general group of people. He doesn’t know if there are some conservatives that might agree with him (but doubtful). Van Zandt must have had a life altering experience recently prompting him to launch these attacks. Or, he needs to fire his publicity manager. Or, detox that brain before your next hissy fit.
