“Let’s Go Brandon” and the Media
“Let’s Go Brandon” has become a great substitute for “Fu#@ Joe Biden.” It is an indictment for an illegitimate president who is destroying our country. But think about “Let’s Go Brandon” and the media. First of all, the media created the slogan. And second, the slogan is also an indictment of the “fake news” media.
Origin
Let’s look at the origin of “Let’s Go Brandon.” At the 2021 Sparks 300 at Talladega Superspeedway, NBC reporter Kelli Stavast was interviewing Brandon Brown. During the interview, the fans were chanting “Fu$# Joe Biden.” Stavast said to listen to the crowd because they’re chanting “Let’s Go Brandon.” And the rest is history.
Stavast created this hilarious mess by trying to hide the true chant. In mainstream media style, she decided to cover for Biden instead of ignoring it. There is no way she made a mistake and really thought they were saying “Let’s Go Brandon.” I don’t think I’ve ever seen something backfire like this in my lifetime.
The Media
The mainstream media gets absolutely furious about this slogan. But, they are the ones who created it. It certainly speaks volumes about Joe Biden’s popularity. But, it also speaks volumes about the mainstream media’s popularity. When Americans chant “Let’s Go Brandon,” they are calling out the mainstream media every bit as much as Joe Biden. I say thank you to NBC and Kelli Stavast. Together, they have given us one of the most historic chants ever.
The Irony
The irony in this is that the mainstream media created the slogan, but they despise it. The mainstream media deserves everything about this slogan. If they spent more time reporting and less time protecting Joe Biden, these things wouldn’t happen. When your intentions aren’t right, things like this are going to happen. I guarantee it’s going to happen again because the mainstream media never learns.
