The legacy media still don't get it

The legacy media still doesn’t get it. After nearly one hundred percent positive coverage for Kamala Harris and nearly one hundred percent negative coverage for President Trump, Trump won. The legacy media, which includes ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, the New York Times and the Washington Post, are going to become extinct. And, sooner than you think.

Audience

The legacy media decided that over half of the country are not important to them. What successful business model is founded on eliminating over half of your customers? Or even worse, berating those customers. Maybe I’ll suggest that at work tomorrow. Then, I’ll have a lot of time to post because I’ll be FIRED. That is what would happen in a normal business.

Popularity

You did it legacy media. You are as popular as an ingrown toenail. Popularity ratings for the legacy media are in the teens. They even come in below the government bureaucracy. But, they are so busy peddling bogus polls that they forget to look at their own polls. The people that run these legacy media institutions are either totally controlled by China or the stupidest people in the galaxy.

Reputation

Reputation and trustworthiness are critical to any institution. My father used to tell me it takes years to earn trust and one minute to destroy it. The legacy media has destroyed their reputation and trustworthiness by abandoning journalist integrity. I have been watching video snippets of MSNBC and CNN. They repeat debunked lies over and over. And, they report what they think instead of what is real. They need to tear it down and start over. It’s going to take years to win people back over.

Snobs

David Muir. The definition of a snob. There isn’t a humble bone in his body. Here are some more legacy media snobs:

  • George Stephanopoulos
  • Linsey Davis
  • Jake Tapper
  • Dana Bash
  • Margaret Brennan
  • Norah O’Donnell
  • Jen Psaki
  • Rachel Maddow

None of these personalities relate to us. And, they think if they say something, it is true and important. But, nothing they say is true. They get paid to lie. I wouldn’t want to meet any of these people. They are despicable human beings.

Bottom Line

The bottom line is that the legacy media has gone too far and people will look for alternatives. We can look at X, listen to podcasts, look at online news outlets and watch different channels to get the “real” news. I predict that many of the legacy media institutions will be out of business by 2030.

Based on their reactions to Trump’s win, they still haven’t learned. So, they will never learn. What they did during this run up to the election is inexcusable. The owners of these institutions should burn them down and start again. It’s their only hope for survival.
