Institutions We Lost Faith In
It has been happening for years. The institutions we lost faith in have hit rock bottom. The crazy thing is that it wasn’t that long ago when we trusted these institutions. They blew up at their own doing. It will be years or decades for these institutions to get back to respectability.
Science
If Anthony Fauci is “the science” as he proclaimed, then the science isn’t really science. Experiments used to be done in an unbiased environment. Now, scientists decide the outcome they desire and work backwards to get there. What is the last big scientific breakthrough you can remember? I can’t think of one. Science is a joke right now. They don’t do anything of value for our country and they are dishonest.
Government
This one goes without saying. Our government is too big, too wasteful and too crooked. Without term limits, some senators and representatives are in office for decades. That means they don’t represent us for decades. People like Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell will die in office. Using insider trading knowledge, many senators and representatives have become millionaires. The new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) will have an impact on the waste, but they have an uphill battle.
Healthcare
Healthcare was waning. Then, coronavirus killed what was left of it. The pool of doctors contains a bunch of average people. During coronavirus, pretty much every doctor in the country proved how dumb they were. Instead of researching the coronavirus vaccine, they pushed it on everybody because they had to listen to “the science.” Health insurance companies really police doctors and hospitals. They dictate what can and can’t be done. And, they dictate how long you can stay in a hospital or treatment facility. Do you wonder why people don’t trust healthcare now?
Media
The days of getting our news from a mainstream media channel (ABC, NBC, CBS, New York Times) is dwindling. Now, we have podcasters and news websites. The mainstream media has beclowned itself with their dishonest coverage of the presidential election and the Biden administration. And, their ridiculous moderation of debates shined a bright light on their bias. Over half of the country doesn’t believe a word they say. The truth is we don’t need them anymore. The days of watching the news on television or reading a newspaper to get the news are long gone. I predict major change in the media landscape during the next four years.
Education
I saved the worst for last. No institution is loathed as much as education. In the past decade, education lost sight of it’s objective and became a breeding ground for far left liberalism. The scores for our children in major subjects like mathematics and science have fallen dramatically. Many children can’t read and write into their teens. Not enough time is spent studying history, social studies and civics.
Instead, our teachers are teaching critical race theory and helping kindergarten students decide what sex they want to be. Coronavirus showed just how lazy teachers are. And, it allowed parents to see these “so called” teachers with their piercings and tattoos. Why should anyone respect a teacher these days? They have gone completely off the deep end.
FBI
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is no longer respected by a majority of Americans. They have become part of the weaponization of the government against political opponents and the American people. The FBI fails miserably at doing the job they are supposed to do. Although there are some very good agents, the leadership is a stain on the entire organization. I can’t think of anything the FBI has got right over the past ten years.
Conclusion
These institutions self-destructed. And, now alternatives must be considered. If the people lost trust in you, then you must go. And, we’ll be better off for it.
